Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

We strive to send out all orders as quickly as possible. All orders should be dispatched within 1-3 days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. The delivery time is then an additional 1-5 days from the shipping date.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order has not been delivered after 10 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wooflypoochie.com with your name and order number. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@wooflypoochie.com with your name and order number.

RETURN

Our Return and Refund Policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, you cannot return any items.

To qualify for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. We recommend trying on new items indoors carefully in case you need to return them.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to us (except for damaged/defective items), so we recommend measuring your dog before ordering. For assistance with this, please refer to our size guide or feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help you!

If you purchased an item on sale, please note that they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you wish to initiate a return, please send us an email at info@wooflypoochie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to start the return process. Once your return reaches us, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed. If the item is not eligible for a refund, you will be informed that your return has been denied. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the money will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
